Single basin, double basin, or workstation. Undermount, drop-in, or apron-front. We pull the old sink, prep the counter, set the new one, and connect every line — including disposal if you've got one.

Bathroom Sinks

Pedestal, vessel, undermount, or vanity-mounted. We handle the install, the drain connection, supply lines, and the silicone seal — so it looks clean on day one and stays watertight for years.

Sinks fail predictably. Persistent leaks that won't stop after patching. Worn enamel on old porcelain. Stains so deep they won't scrub out. Stainless steel rust spreading like an infection. If you're seeing any of those, you're past patching — it's replacement time.

The good news: a clean sink swap isn't a job that drags. We measure the cabinet, check the supply lines, and confirm the new sink fits before pulling the old one. Then we install the new one with proper silicone, level placement, and pressure-test every connection. Most jobs are done in a few hours.

Clean Removal Old sink out without damaging the counter, cabinet, or surrounding walls
Set & Seal Level placement, proper silicone bead, secured mounting hardware
Connect & Test Supply lines, drain trap, disposal — every joint pressure-tested before we leave
